Donald George

Donald George is organist and choirmaster at the Episcopal Church of the Transfiguration, the famous "Little Church Around the Corner", where he conducts New York City's oldest choir of boys and men and has recorded on the city's only instrument built by the firm of C. B. Fisk. He holds degrees from Southern Methodist University and Yale University and has studied organ with Robert Burns King, Robert Anderson, and Gerre Hancock. His recital schedule this season includes St. Patrick’s Cathedral (New York), the American Cathedral (Paris), and St. Michael’s Church, Dún Laoghaire.
